Ree Drummond star of Pacific produced Pioneer Woman tops best selling US cookbooks of 2013. The Pioneer Woman Cooks: A Year of Holidays by Ree Drummond sold an astonishing 367,000 copies since it was released in October. Two other Drummond titles are also on the list, including her first cookbook which was published in 2009.
